1. NFC Troubleshooting: TapMo Card Not Working

Issue: My TapMo card doesn’t work on some phones

  • Fix: Ensure the phone supports NFC.

    • Android: Go to Settings > Connections > NFC → Turn it ON.

    • iPhone (7 & later): NFC is always active & Phone should be unlocked

Issue: Phone is not detecting my card

  • Fix: The NFC reader is usually at the back-top of the phone. Move your TapMo card slowly until detected.

Issue: iPhone not reading TapMo card

  • Fix: Hold near the top edge of iPhones. Models below iPhone 7 do not support NFC.

2. QR Code Scanning Problems

Issue: QR code not scanning properly

  • Fix:

    • Clean the phone camera lens.

    • Scan in bright light.

    • Try another phone camera.
