TapMo International Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All TapMo NFC Business Card orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and final design approval.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that delays in providing design approval will extend the overall delivery timeline.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • TapMo is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Customers can monitor real-time delivery status through the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@tapmo.com.
  • In case of lost or undelivered packages, TapMo will initiate an investigation with the courier and, if applicable, provide a replacement.
